The MIP IN-BOT uses Neural Network based OCR text extraction technology, which is an image to text engine where we sweep the inbound work (email, document, images, scans, photos from mobile devices, SMS, chat or in the future voice) with advanced pattern matching algorithms.

This gives rise to the variables that facilitate self indexing and more importantly self learning – pushing the automation of the content further down the workflow chain of command and improving the algorithms with the “self-learning” capability over time. This saves time on the most resource intensive component of administration work management.
