Where business requires a customer to complete a questionnaire, these can be configured dynamically, e.g. specific sections of the questionnaire will only be presented based on previous question responses. Configure your questions once and reuse them in as many questionnaires as required. Questionnaires can also be nested as sub-questionnaires to reduce setup, and to achieve a greater amount of flexibility and reusability. Questionnaires also support scoring, based on the answers provided when filling out an answer sheet.
